He has authored and coauthored a number of MI reports and op-eds on issues ranging from urban crime and jail violence to broader matters of criminal and civil justice reform. His work has been featured and mentioned in a wide array of publications, including the Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, New York Post, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Philadelphia Inquirer and City Journal. Mangual also regularly appears on Fox News and has made a number of national and local television and radio appearances on outlets such as C-SPAN and Bloomberg Radio. In 2020, he was appointed to serve a four-year term as a member of the New York State Advisory Committee of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
Robert Rhodes KC acts as counsel, arbitrator and mediator, specialising in international arbitration, commercial, financial services, regulatory and disciplinary law, civil fraud and business crime (including civil and criminal fraud, asset forfeiture, tax investigations, bribery and money laundering). He was Standing Counsel to the Inland Revenue for 10 years before taking silk. He has lectured in various continents on international mediation, international arbitration, fraud, bribery, and money laundering, and has published extensively.

These patterns and practices in turn reinforce discriminatory beliefs, values and distribution of resources, according to Zinzi Bailey, ScD, MSPH, et al.1

Before entering academia, Professor Kreit clerked for Judge M. Blane Michael of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, at Richmond, Virginia, and worked as an associate at Morrison & Foerster in San Francisco. He then joined the faculty of Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. He has taught in law school study-abroad programs in Hangzhou, China, and Nice, France, and as a visiting faculty member at Boston College Law School and the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, in affiliation with the Drug Enforcement and Policy Center. He joined the Chase faculty in 2020. He continues to practice law as a member of the Appellate Defenders Inc. panel, representing indigent defendants in California state criminal appeals by court appointment.

He specialises in public international law, international criminal law, and human rights and civil liberties before all international, regional and national courts.

He has acted and advised before all hybrid courts including the Special Court for Sierra Leone, the Iraqi Special Tribunal, the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, the War Crimes Division of the High Court of Uganda, and most recently the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC).
Advised the Government of South Sudan in advancing the national criminal justice system and truth building mechanisms with a view to creating and strengthening national justice institutions, including in respect of representations before the UN in New York and Geneva.
He was instructed by the Government of Rwanda in proceedings before the ICTR to transfer cases from the international tribunal in Arusha, Tanzania to the national criminal justice system of Rwanda, and then in the related proceedings to extradite Rwandan suspects in the UK to Rwanda for trial. 59ce067264
