A Retrograde planet is one that is retrograde in the direction that it is moving. In this case, a retrograde planet is moving from the cardinal point it is in to the opposite point it is in. Thus, Jupiter moves from its cardinal, or rising, point to 30o Capricorn, i.e. from the East, to the West. Rebekah's star is in the West.

A Retrograde center is a crossing point of the Earth and the sign it has progressed. The Retrograde center for Earth is 30 degrees Capricorn. Planetary retrogrades not only explain the behavior shown in the life of the individual, but they also reveal the inner dynamics of the individual. To study the dynamic and Influence these planets have on a Natal Chart, the main lines of the natal chart must be crossed and a planetary transit allowed to take place. d2c66b5586
